General Information

Official Language:
The official language for the symposium is English. There will be no simultaneous translation.

Registration Desk:
On the spot registration
Wednesday, 9th February: 8:00-9:00 am
                                              
Badges:
The delegates, participants and accompanying persons are required to wear their badges throughout the conference in order to be admitted at the venue of the conference.

Exhibition for Industries:
There will be a commercial exhibition on all three days where various industries will be exhibiting their retail products and services.

Wi-fi and Internet facility:
Wi-fi and internet facility will be available at the Conference Hall.
                                                                                                                          
Speakers’ Room:
A speaker’s room will be provided with projector and laptop where the speaker can check their presentation prior to their session.
 
Refreshments:
Tea will be served during the tea break (as per schedule). Lunch and dinner on Day1 & 2 and only lunch on Day 3 is sponsored by various advertisers. Coupons will be provided to all participants.

Transportation:
There will be coaches/ taxis standing at the railway stations/ airport to transport people to their respective accommodation. Coaches will also be there to shuttle between the various sites of the conference.

Post Office and ATM facilities:
The campus houses one post office and two banks (State Bank of India and ICICI). ATMs of State Bank of India, Punjab National Bank (mobile) and Corporation Bank of India are present on the campus whereas ATMs of many other nationalized banks are present around the campus. 

Climate:
The weather will be enjoyable with day temperatures varying from 10-18ºC
